So, when it comes to B2C, B2B and corporate public relations, digital PR, content marketing, social media and brand communications campaigns, you're guaranteed a creative and safe pair of hands that delivers the right results, every time.
Turning brands into headliners
I'm an award-winning freelance PR & content marketing consultant, with over 20 years' experience in public relations and brand strategy, having run PR, content marketing and influencer engagement campaigns both in agency and in-house. I have worked on 70+ brands in 20+ B2B and B2C sectors, winning many industry awards.
I left the PR agency world in 2013 to set-up a brand communications and PR team at my former client, AO.com. There, I transformed the brand's reputation from a little-known online white goods specialist to the renowned online retail powerhouse it is today.
During my time there I became highly proficient in content marketing and digital PR. I set the off-site SEO, link building and content strategy, which saw AO recover from a Google penalty that had decimated its natural search profile shifting keywords rankings falling from page 1 to 100.
A mix of agency and in-house experience means I am also well-versed in navigating the dynamics of working on both sides of the client / agency fence. I work with brands / businesses both big and small and am the person who both designs and implements your campaign and communications strategy. Giving you senior level support every step of the way.
My hand-on approach means that I often work out of client's offices, which ensures that I am fully immersed in their business and working as part of their team.
I don’t do fluff or simply chucking stuff out there. Every activity has a purpose and is firmly rooted in commercial strategy.
I turn your business objectives into communication objectives and build creative plans from there. Plans that have a relentless focus on delivering those results that matter most to your business.
Big brand experience
with a collaborative approach
Collaboration: "the action of working with someone to produce or create something"
I like to build partnerships that not only see me working for you but also with and alongside your in-house team. I don't just take a brief and run away with it - racking up hours going down dead ends. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, building creative and strategic solutions to their challenges.
I find that through collaboration, the deepest insights, best understanding of a business' dynamics can be achieved, which leads to stronger creative outputs and strategies that deliver.
What our clients say...
"Lyndsey worked on a 12-week project to increase brand awareness, grow monthly active users and support the launch of a new app. From the start, Lyndsey was very easy to speak to, as well as enthusiastic and positive about the project and this gave the team fresh energy and impetus to deliver on the project’s objectives. Her attention to detail, story idea creation and research was impeccable, creating intricate and carefully built spreadsheets that added an extra level of professionalism and validation to the whole process. All work was done to schedule, including an exclusive piece for the Sunday Times, which is one of the hardest places to get media coverage in the UK. Most important of all, Lyndsey delivered a large amount of national, trade and regional coverage, enabling our brand to punch well above its weight and deliver on our project objectives. During her time working with us, usage of the app grew by 60,000 monthly active users, equating to a 70% increase and it continues to grow at good rates today."
